The terms that govern your use of SENTINEL.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
SENTINEL offers Free, Pro, and Advanced plans. Each plan unlocks a different level of analysis and features. A full breakdown is available on the Pricing page.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly) until cancelled. Prices may change over time; we will give reasonable notice before any change affects you.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable and partial billing periods are not refunded. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
When using SENTINEL you agree not to:
SENTINEL’s software, models, analysis, content, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, or remove features and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or breach applicable law, with or without prior notice where necessary.
SENTINEL evolves over time. We may modify, add, or discontinue features to improve the product or for operational, legal, or security reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SENTINEL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to SENTINEL’s operation, and any disputes will be handled in accordance with those laws. You remain responsible for compliance with your local laws.
